Sample Policy
If we have the product in stock, we can offer one FREE sample. For samples that we do not have in stock or for OEM orders please e-mail your request and we can then assess a sample fee. All samples fee are refundable with purchase orders over $5,000USD.
The buyer is responsible for all sample freight charges. We do accept MasterCard and Visa card for sample payment or UPS account numbers.
Payment Policy
For purchase orders under $10,000USD we do accept MasterCard and Visa card for deposits, which is 30% of purchase order. The 70% balance will need to be remitted by wire transfer to The HongKong Shanghai Bank of China (HSBC). At this time we only accept letter of credits (L/C) from North American customers.
